Eligibility Criteria
To participate in Sponsor Trading’s programs, you must meet the following requirements

Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

Possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where our services are restricted, prohibited, or subject to sanctions, including but not limited to OFAC-sanctioned countries.

Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process.
Registration Process
To access our trading accounts, you must complete the registration process on our website (www.sponsortrading.com). This includes submitting personal details, agreeing to these Terms, and paying the applicable account fee. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
Verification
We may require identity verification, including government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documentation, to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account suspension or termination.
Trading Accounts
Account Types
Sponsor Trading offers three live trading account tiers on MT5, each with distinct funding levels and fees:

Starter: $5,000 fund size, $59 one-time fee.

Pro: $10,000 fund size, $99 one-time fee.

Master: $20,000 fund size, $199 one-time fee.
Account Features

Account Activation
Accounts are activated upon successful payment of the applicable fee and completion of any required verification. You will receive access to your MT5 account credentials via email.
Trading Rules and Restrictions
General Trading Requirements
To maintain an active trading account, you must comply with the following rules:

Minimum Trading Days: A minimum of 10 trading days is required to qualify for profit withdrawals.

ProfitTarget: Achieve a profit of at least 10% above the initial fund size.

Maximumdailydrawdown:4%oftheaccount balance.
-
Maximumtotaldrawdown:10% oftheinitial fund size.
-
Position Diversification: No single trading pair or instrument should account for more than approximately one-third of the total potential profit to ensure diversified risk management.
Prohibited Trading Practices
The following practices are strictly prohibited

Copytrading ormirroring trades from other accounts.

UseofExpert Advisors (EAs) or automated trading systems

High-Frequency Trading (HFT) or latency arbitrage strategies

Exploiting platform glitches, errors, or delays
-
Engaging in manipulative or unethical trading practices, including but not limited to front running or insider trading.
Permitted Practices
You are permitted to:

Holdpositions overnight and over weekends.
-
Tradeacross multiple asset classes supported by MT5, including forex, commodities, and indices.

Withdraw profits at any time after achieving the 10% profit target, with continued tradingallowed.
Violation Consequences
Violation of any trading rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of profits, and non-refunded fees. Sponsor Trading reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action.
Fees, Payments, and Withdrawals
Account Fees
Account fees are one-time, non-refundable payments required to activate a trading account:

Fees cover access to the trading account and platform. No additional subscription or maintenance fees are charged.
Profit Splits
Profits are split 70:30 (Trader:Sponsor Trading) upon achieving the 10% profit target. For example:

Starter ($5,000): $500 profit = $350 to Trader, $150 to Sponsor Trading.

Pro($10,000): $1,000 profit = $700 to Trader, $300 to Sponsor Trading.

Master($20,000): $2,000 profit = $1,400 to Trader, $600 to Sponsor Trading
Withdrawal Process
Traders may request withdrawals after achieving the profit target. Withdrawals are processed within 5-7 business days, subject to verification. Acceptable withdrawal methods include bank transfers, wallets, or other methods specified on our website.
Taxes
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to your trading profits or affiliate commissions in accordance with your local tax laws.
Trader Benefits Program
Overview
Sponsor Trading offers a benefits program for consistently profitable traders who achieve the 10% profit target for 6 consecutive months. Benefits vary by account type:

Starter: $500 monthly salary.

Pro: $1,500 monthly salary, relocation assistance, trading laptop.

Master: $2,000 monthly salary, relocation assistance, trading laptop
Eligibility
Eligibility is determined at Sponsor Trading’s sole discretion based on consistent performance, compliance with trading rules, and overall account activity. Benefits are subject to periodic review and maybemodified or discontinued
Relocation Assistance
Pro and Master account holders may receive support for relocating to a country of their choice, subject to legal and logistical feasibility. Details will be provided upon eligibility confirmation.
Affiliate Program
Program Structure
Our 4-tier affiliate program allows you to earn commissions on account fees paid by referred traders:

Level1: 10%commission (e.g., $5.90 for Starter, $9.90 for Pro, $19.90 for Master).

Commission Payments
Commissions are paid monthly, subject to verification of legitimate referrals. Sponsor Trading reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions for fraudulent, non-compliant, or refunded referrals.

Trading forex, commodities, indices, and other financial instruments involves significant risks, including the potential loss of the entire funded account balance. You acknowledge that:

Consequences
Upon termination

Limitation of Liability
Sponsor Trading, its affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for

Systemfailures, platform downtime, or technical issues beyond our control.

Marketconditions, volatility, or economic events affecting trading outcomes.

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability is limited to the account fee paid by you. We do not guarantee profits, uninterrupted service, or error-free platforms.
Force Majeure
Sponsor Trading is not liable for delays, failures, or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Naturaldisasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods).

Actsofwar, terrorism, or civil unrest.

Governmentregulations or sanctions.

Technical failures or cyberattacks.
In such cases, we may suspend or modify services without liability until normal operations can resume.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Luxembourg.
Amendments
Sponsor Trading reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and you will be notified via email or account dashboard. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue using our services.
Privacy and Data Protection
We collect, process, and store your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at www.sponsortrading.com/privacy. By using our services, you consent to such data processing. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security
Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sponsor Trading, superseding any prior agreements.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Sponsor Trading may assign its rights or obligations to a third party without your consent
